If you've had a miscarriage you might be feeling heart-broken, shaken and desolate
and it's possible that you might be blaming yourself.
Perhaps you think you should be over it by now and are wondering whether it’s normal to feel like this.
You might be struggling being back at work, or at the school gate, as life carries on. You might be feeling lonely and isolated, and wondering if you’re ever going to feel like yourself again. You want this to be easier to cope with somehow, but you don’t want to take anti-depressants.
Hi, I'm Rosalind Bubb, and I can help.
I know how to make this less painful.
I'm an experienced therapist specialising in miscarriage support, and I can help you.
I’ve had 12 miscarriages myself, including one at 14 weeks’ pregnancy, one ectopic, and one after IVF. I know what it’s like, and I also know how to make it less upsetting and easier to cope with, which is not generally known about.
I am an EFT International Advanced practitioner; a Counsellor accredited with the NCPS; a TAT Professional; and a Master NLP practitioner. I’ve helped hundreds of women to feel better since 2004 and I want to share the tools I’ve used to help you feel better.
I can help you to feel happier and more peaceful.
I offer Individual therapy sessions and an online Miscarriage Support Program
